Mr. Brown spent the first several years of his career as a field engineer and geophysicist in the oil & gas business. Companies now find value in his ability to integrate numerous, ongoing factors into a well-developed strategy. Since joining AXIS, Mr. Brown has worked on a large volume of multi-component transactions which require unquestionable market knowledge and dedication to staying the course of the "big picture". Whether it is an office lease renewal with special timing, a consolidation of offices and employees, a sale-lease back, or a build-to-suit scenario, Mr. Brown has respectfully represented the interests of his clients and successfully negotiated terms on their behalf.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Mr. Brown is talented in finding solutions for tenants with term remaining on their lease. For a large Houston law firm, nearly two years away from their lease expiration, Mr. Brown was able to negotiate a consolidation to a neighboring building and release of their existing obligation, with zero down time and no out-of-pocket construction costs for the tenant. In another case, a Houston company with 18 months left on their lease needed to expand, yet there was no vacant space in the building. Mr. Brown found another tenant in the building who also needed to expand and agreed to pay Mr. Brown's client a "Move-Out Fee", which covered the costs associated with their move to a new headquarters.
