Mr. Ison is President and Owner of AXIS Tenant Advisors in Houston, Texas, where he represents corporate space users in Houston and throughout the United States.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to forming AXIS in 1993, Mr. Ison was a member of PM Realty Group's Management Team at the 1.3-million-square-foot Post Oak Central Complex, where he was responsible for tenant relations and implementing the move-in for Apache Corporation's 220,000-square-foot relocation from Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Ison's recent transaction highlights include:

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION
Mr. Ison and his wife Melissa, along with their two children, are active in their church and their children's school. Actively involved in the community, Mr. Ison serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation on the Uptown Houston Broker Advisory Board, as a former Director and Treasurer of the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association, and as a former Board Member of The Kinkaid School Alumni Association.

Mr. Ison is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (1987).
