Lease renewed for 24,205 square feet in 777 Post Oak Boulevard

Houston Title Company and Old Republic National Title Holding Company, a Houston-based title insurance company, has renewed its Houston regional headquarters lease for 24,205 square feet in 777 Post Oak Boulevard.

Scot Ison of AXIS Tenant Advisors, Houston, represented Houston Title Company and Old Republic National Title Holding Company in lease negotiations. Elaine Burcham of RREEF North America represented the landlord, Gateway Ridgecrest Inc.
