Greystar, a nationwide, Charleston, South Carolina-based multi-family real estate firm, has leased 25,707 square feet in 750 Bering to relocate its regional office from 3411 Richmond.

Scot Ison of AXIS Tenant Advisors, Houston, represented Greystar in lease negotiations.

750 Bering is a six-story, 111,523-square-foot office building on Bering Drive between Woodway and Sugar Hill.
