HOUSTON...Tanglewood Capital
Management, Inc., a Houston-based investment management
and financial planning firm, has leased 4,905 square
feet in Four Oaks Place, 1400 Post Oak Boulevard,
for its headquarters. The firm is relocating from
770 S. Post Oak Lane.
Brian Strait of AXIS Property Advisors, Houston,
represented Tanglewood Capital Management in lease
negotiations. David Baker of Transwestern Commercial
Services, Houston, represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF.
Four Oaks Place is a 30-story, 581,750-square-foot
office building at 1400 Post Oak Boulevard between
San Felipe and West Loop 610.
