SHORT JENKINS KAMIN, LLP, LEASES 15,537 SQUARE FEET IN TWO GREENWAY PLAZA

HOUSTON...Short Jenkins Kamin, LLP, a Houston-based family law firm, has leased 15,537 square feet in Two Greenway Plaza. The firm is consolidating its space from two floors to one and relocating from One Greenway Plaza.

Scot Ison and Temple Brown of AXIS Property Advisors, Houston, represented Short Jenkins Kamin in lease negotiations. Warren Savery of Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd., Houston, represented the landlord, Crescent Real Estate Funding III, L.P.

Two Greenway Plaza is an 11-story, 209,914-square-foot office building in Greenway Plaza, a 60-acre, mixed-use development bounded by the Southwest Freeway, Weslayan, Richmond and Buffalo Speedway.
