Mr. Brod specializes in providing his clients with optimal solutions regarding negotiations, expansions, renewals, relocations and subleases. He believes that the most important aspect of representing a client is to ensure that he is making the best decision on their behalf and acting on what is in their best interest. Mr. Brod's success in the commercial real estate industry is partially attributed to his ability to provide his clients with economically prudent solutions through exceptional client service. Mr. Brod values the business relationship he shares with each of his clients and endeavors to provide them with the most positive client experience.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining AXIS, Mr. Brod spent three years with Henry S. Miller Commercial specializing in office tenant representation. Mr. Brod represents clients in the Galleria/West Loop, CBD, Greenway Plaza and Westchase market areas.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION
Actively involved in the community, Mr. Brod serves on the Parade Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Great Houston Partnership State Relations Committee and is a member of the Bayou Buddies of the Buffalo Bayou Partnership.
